If you feel the upgrade has not been of done or there was an error. Please inform us via email by clicking this form or by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax to 1-866-387-0290 Toll Free OR 1-858-712-9031. Please state your name, email order number and/or ad number and a brief description of the problem to be resolved. If the issue is not cleared to your satisfaction, we will reimburse the upgrade in question. Claims must be received within the next 10 days of service.
