Examine, diagnose and correct operational problems related to manufacturing equipment in the manufacturing and plant building areas. Install and integrate new machines or plant facility equipment and ensure their proper operation. Upgrade existing equipment. Ensure proper equipment operation in compliance with quality and manufacturing procedures. Repair and provide maintenance to manufacturing equipment using sophisticated testing equipment, specialized manuals and plant SOPs. Support production lines to maintain machines and manufacturing equipment working in excellent conditions. Disassemble equipment or machinery, disconnect controls and remove defective parts for repair or substitution, and perform preventive maintenance. Complete validation execution on new and existing machines.

Requisitos - Requirements
Associate Degree in Mechanics, Electronics or Tool & Die Maker, with 1-3 years of related work experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices regulated manufacturing. Must be able to work in the machine shop to fabricate parts. Must have basic knowledge of hand tools, precision tools, machine shop tools and mechanical equipment. Must be able to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings. Able to read and understand English. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND SHIFT (12 hrs) AND THIRD SHIFT (8 hrs).
