Job Overview:
We are looking for Office Clerk to join our Administration department. This role supports the daily operations of the office and provides administrative assistance across departments. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing client collections and ensuring efficient accounts receivable tracking.
Responsibilities:
*Answer phone calls, emails, and other internal and external communications
*File physical and/or digital documents and maintain organized administrative records
*Update reports and databases
*Assist with purchase orders for office supplies and lunchroom needs
*Conduct collections efforts via phone calls and emails
*Follow up on accounts receivable, maintain updated records, and notify management of overdue balances
*Coordinate document delivery and messenger services for clients and vendors
*Organize document or package deliveries

Requisitos - Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative or similar roles. Experience in collections is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to communicate with clients and follow up on outstanding accounts
Document organization and filing
Skills Required:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Customer service orientation
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
