This position is responsible for AR, company taxes, works as a liaison with the SSC with regards to AP and Intercompany transactions and backups the Payroll Accounting Clerk.
Essential Job Functions:
Manages the A/R functions
Works with customers and ensures that invoices are paid on time and payments are posted properly
Ensures credit limits are followed, before shipments to customers happen
Completes balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month end close process (AR, Prepaids, Property Tax, Excise Tax, Income taxes)
Responsible for the following tax related activity:
Import tax returns
IVU tax returns
SURI releases
Excise tax monthly payments and quarterly tax returns
Property tax – monthly accruals, quarterly payments, annual tax returns

Requisitos - Requirements
Experience with JD Edwards Financial Software is a plus
Experience with Hyperion Financial Software is a plus
Experience with Peoplesoft Payroll Software is a plus
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and or Finance
Three (3) to five (5) years related accounting experience
