We are looking for a highly organized Customer Service to assist members with questions related to enrollment and premium payments. This role includes resolving discrepancies and keeping member accounts accurate and up to date across multiple systems.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. AST (rotating 8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Main Duties:
* Accurately handle enrollment and billing processes for members
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or account records
* Coordinate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy across systems

Requisitos - Requirements
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year working in a performance-based or metric-driven setting
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and data entry tools
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
