We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee medical devices manufacturing processes for continuous support for extrusions manufacturing strategy, including product transfers. Incumbent will execute required activities for initiation/planning, execution, controlling, and closing phases. Create and manage project schedule and action item trackers. Develop a high-level milestone plan for the program and manages program change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, mitigate risks, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts. Establish and maintain program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external to the organization. MUST HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING PROCESS TRANSFERS, preferably in medical devices industries.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences with at least 8 years of related experience in PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PRODUCT TRANSFERS, EXTRUSIONS. Experience in regulated manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Experience with Regulatory Agencies’ guidelines for medical devices manufacturing is highly preferred. Project Management Professional Certification. Proven track record in managing multiple complex, large-scale projects. Advanced skills in Microsoft Project. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships. Knowledge and work experience with Project budgets and financial management is a plus. Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) Professional Services Contract (12-18 months)
