DescripciónDescription To advance the mission and goals of UCC-SoM, the SAARA (Senior Academic Assessment and Research Analyst) exists to: support Curriculum Committee and CQI Committee activities in conducting continuous cycles of measurement and making data-informed decisions to improve student success; disseminate information about best assessment practices to enhance organizational development; collect, analyze and communicate data to show accreditation expectations are met; and provide instruction to faculty and staff to ensure faculty success.

Requisitos Requirements PhD in Education, Assessment, or a closely related field or Masters in Education, Assessment, or a closely related field with at least five years of assessment experience in higher education. Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office 365 Suite (PPT, Excel, Word); ability and willingness to adapt to and learn new software and processes as needed. Proficiency in a statistical package � preferably SPSS. Demonstrated ability to develop research proposals, presentations, administrative reports, and scholarly publications. Self-motivated, with a dynamic and proactive approach to tasks. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team. Preferred qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of academic standards and research development in medical education. Proven experience in teaching or advising graduate students and faculty. Administrative experience (preferably in an academic setting.
