The role of MSO Manager is to lead all aspects of manufacturing shop in connection with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Customer, and other shareholders focusing on meeting and exceeding business goals and service requirements. The MSO will also be responsible of providing direction and leadership to the work group fostering safety as the agenda and company's core Values.
- Establish and execute through Lead with Focus on the attainment of operational goals while managing Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Productivity and Compliance priorities.
-Lead diversified team of manufacturing, testing and electrical equipment nurturing teamwork.
-Monitor & improve cost productivity through Lean manufacturing methodologies while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality, & compliant manne
-Engage in business initiatives including but not limited to EHS, Quality, Lean,etc

Requisitos Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Management.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Previous management experience in a production environment.
-Fluently speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
-Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfillment metrics, and quality systems
-Lean trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor for business improvement and simplification.
-Knowledge in computers and Microsoft Office programs and SAP.
-Strategic, strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with proven ability to lead a team to accomplish challenging goals.
-Proven ability driving a team player environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
