Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot), modern frameworks, database optimization, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong critical thinking, prompt engineering, and the ability to refine AI-generated code are essential.

Requisitos Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on hands-on coding
· Experience integrating AI tools into development workflow
· Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical implementations independently
· Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies
Must be willing to work in Salinas and Juana Díaz.
