1. Installing new instruments, sensors, and control devices, and calibrating them to ensure accurate readings.
2. Performing routine checks and servicing on instrumentation to prevent failures and maintain optimal performance.
3. Diagnosing malfunctions in instrumentation systems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing them as needed.
4. Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, calibration results, and equipment performance. |
Requisitos Requirements
* Associate or Technical degree required on mechanic, refrigeration, instrumentation or related field.
* 2- 3 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry working as an instrumentation technician in a utility area.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, process flow diagrams, and technical manuals.
* Proficiency in using calibration tools and equipment.
* Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming and control systems.
