This is a remote-first position with occasional in-person workdays in San Juan, as needed. Your primary responsibilities will focus on client service and underwriting support, including onboarding new clients, preparing documents, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process. The role pays $15/hour for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
Requisitos RequirementsThe ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has prior experience in administrative support (preferably in financial services), and is highly organized and proactive. You should be comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel), Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
