• Strong experience in concrete, finishes, and general site construction.
• Ability to manage a team, ensuring high productivity and quality workmanship.
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols, procedures, and building regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage on-site challenges effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
