DescripciónDescriptionThe Operational & Manufacturing Manager will manage daily manufacturing and operational activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the alignment of production goals with overall business objectives. This individual will lead a cross-functional team to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality and compliance standards.
Requisitos RequirementsQualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations management, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
· Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and production lines.
· Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES).
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
